  • 2) Crushing the gypsum rock;
  • 3) Screening having a multi deckvibrating screen will remove large grains which have not been crushed properly and which might contain impurities;
  • 4) Grinding the sorted gypsum rock, gypsum sand;
  • 5) Burning might be completed in variety of ways involving a range of technology levels and costs. After burning, the gypsum would still need to be crushed, screened and, possibly, ground down further inside a mill.

Gypsum Powder Production Line

E., plaster of Paris.

Dry process flow: plaster stone go through primary crushing process using jaw crusher, the dimensions is under 8 cm, the go through secondary crushing process, within this process, cone crusher can be used as fine crusher, then a sie is less than 2 cm. After calcination, the calcined gypsum is grinded into the powder with 200-325 mesh by gypsum mill.
